My beautiful 9 year Black Labrador, Lacy, had become so stiff, anxious, and incontinent. It was horrible to witness as she is such a faithful friend and very loving.

Before we discovered Frontline Plus, we pulled many ticks off of her, many fully engorged. This was long before we knew that our son had Lyme.

About two weeks ago, it hit me that maybe she would improve on Doxycycline. I started giving her 100 mg of Doxy twice a day with a treat and she is doing so much better. This was medicine left over from changing my son's meds. She can get up from a sitting position more easily, she is not glued to my side and best of all, she has not peed on my garage floor in a week!

The vet got it as wrong as the doctors. Hopefully, after a month she will be cured, because I am not sure how I would get my hands on more Doxy.

What a wonderful thing to have my Lacy up and around!

I was going to say the same thing...There is anantibiotic for fish called "Fish mox" that is doxy...You can order it through amazon for fairly cheap. We keep a huge supply on hand for rescues because we use it to treat lyme as well as HW positive dogs!
