Well I hope she is enjoying her self in Hawaii or somewhere in the tropics, lying on a hammock, with a cold lemonaid (sugar free of course with stevia) Not thinking about us or Lyme disease.

We miss you TUTU !!!

She is on that ship that was bringing supplies to those who were snowed in in Alaska.

The ship that got iced in.

Sending warm waves [Smile]

I think she is swimming in Houston,,,like everybody else.

I suggest we send Maddog to rescue her!!

He can teach her to 'dog paddle'

If we can raise enough cane,,,maybe we could send her a spare kayak.

Lucky she isnt here tonight,,,from 3 am to 6 pm tomorrow we are having a wind warning,,,cold cold temps and gusting winds up to 45 mph or MORE.

Tutu is so light she might have blown away!!!

Posted by Dogsandcats (Member # 28544) on :

THAT'S IT!!! The winds got so bad they swept her up and she is swirling around with Toto...

Toto and TuTu....LOL

Don, right again. Have you been following me around?? We got to Houston Monday right after their 6-7 inch rain and storm. Flooding in many places.

They had a few small tornadoes too. Right in the middle of the worst drought in TX history.

We had to drive home in rain in OK and MO. Home safe and sound, thank goodness!! [Smile]

Glad to be back and glad to see everyone.

[group hug]

PS .. narrowly missed a deer Monday near a town where we used to live .. would have been BAD. My eagle eyes saw her running full blast toward the highway. I yelled for hubby to slow down and she ran across the highway right in front of us. Whew!

Oh deer, that would make a good trip a nightmare.

Sorry, havent been following you around. Just read what you posted somewhere and someone said Houston was swimming.

Glad your back home safe and sound. All is well that Tutu is back on board.

Dern near blew away yesterday and today. High wind warning 3 am to 6pm got extended to 9 pm,,,then to all day today in addition. forecast for 45 mph and actual was over 50

Coupled with 10 degrees it makes it feel 10 below,,,they say,,gotta be worse than that,,,they revised those numbers down for wind chill to make people feel better.

YAY!! Lymetoo's back [Smile]

Posted by Lymetoo (Member # 743) on :

That's a lot of wind 30 mph here today.. very cold!

Hi aperture! [hi]

Posted by kam (Member # 3410) on :

When we get winds here, things fly off of patio's and end up in the strangest places.

Posted by Lymetoo (Member # 743) on :

We now have snow.. just "heavy" flurries.

Posted by just don (Member # 1129) on :

I recall weather man say we had 'light flurries' in the forecast,,,he was right,,,all 18 inches of it!!!!

I would hate to see heavy flurries

Posted by Lymetoo (Member # 743) on :

Just like in Texas when they say it's a 20% chance of rain. That means the biggest flood in 5 yrs is on its way!!!!

The flurries went away. Whew! Have not really had measurable snowfall this winter.

I know I'm late, but I would have guessed that maybe she was checking out Plum Island with a realator. Walking the pristine beaches, enjoying the tranquil harbor, watching the wildlife...

It is for sale isn't it? Wouldn't it make a beautiful retreat for CLD patients to recouperate?

Posted by Lymetoo (Member # 743) on :

Oh yeah, mom2kids.. go ahead and insult my intelligence!! [Big Grin] [lol]

Posted by mom2kids (Member # 31972) on :

I was only joking....

Should I stand in the corner for being fresh?

[kiss]

Posted by Dogsandcats (Member # 28544) on :

Gee, it is 4:30pm and still 71 degrees.....

Posted by Lymetoo (Member # 743) on :

yes, mom2kids... you are in big trouble! Stand in the corner along with Dogsncats. She's been there a few days now.

[lol] [Big Grin] [lol]

hey, dogs... it was 80 while we were in TX.. so there! [spinning smile]

Posted by Dogsandcats (Member # 28544) on :

80 is a bit out of my range......

Posted by Lymetoo (Member # 743) on :

[Big Grin] It was in the 50's 60's while in Houston, then 70's and up to 80's while in South Texas. Two hours from the border... so it's WARM.
