lpkayak,

Just wondering if you might be open to making a small but significant edit in your heading to maybe just J. knotweed if you need to save space.

The other way may not actually be offensive in this innocent context -- but it sure could bring up some very painful experiences for some readers.

Thanks lpkayak for changing that headline.

Japanese Knotweed is certainly being touted as the fountain of youth - due to its antioxidant action.

This action can also be seen in many antioxidants, though, really, too much of a cosmetic focused gimmick, though. I'd rather see the focus more on the overall health benefits of herbs.

All the things about antioxidants that help us also help keep the body from falling apart as fast, in so many words.

That's why it's good to eat foods of many colors.
