Thanks for posting this Paul. I hope everyone hear realizes that we have to do everything we can to make sure that the IDSA guidelines are not continued for five more years. Please sign the petition to ask the National Guidelines Clearinghouse to insist that the IDSA follow the rules and review and update their guidelines. It's at: lymedisease.org Thanks, Ellen
