Several months of heavy duty IV treatment (fortunately insurance is paying out of network rate - more or less).

Same insurance company administers and has denied my Employer provided STD despite lots of stuff from my doc (highly qualified ID who says the denial is absurd)

Does anyone have any experience with or suggestions on appealing this decision?
