I will be starting DOXY for first time this week. Are you lovely people able to work on a regular basis when on rx?

Depends. Some are, some aren't. You will be able to tell yourself. The herxes are the worst, so after about three weeks, one might hit, and that will give you a clue. However, some people do not herx on doxy.

I work on a regular basis but I also have a very fortunate job as an editor where I can kind of make my own hours as long as I meet my deadlines, and I can do the majority of my work from home. I know I could NEVER EVER do a standard kind of 9 to 5 job as sick as I am right now. Jess.

I just started zithro as a temp rx, until I can get a hold of my doc. I work a 9 to 5 that is very physical. I already miss alot of work, I wasn't sure if I should give my work a heads up. Posted by philly78 (Member # 31069) on :
I work 40 hours week. I wouldn't if I didn't have to though.

I work. Its not easy some days, but it is also good to keep moving and keep busy if possible. You may be perfectly fine to work. I would not say anything unless it got to the point you were unable to.
