Amazing article on how fish oil saved a kids life and touches on neuroinflammation and the myelin sheath.

It's also broken up nicely for lyme people.

Interesting. I have been taking fish oil but haven't noticed a difference in the inflamation of my brain.

It looks like I need to increase teh dosage. It woudln't hurt to try.

Make sure your fish oil is free of mercury and other contaminants.

Sure would be worth trying higher amounts for those with brain inflammation.

Another thing I discovered, is getting enough fish oil reduces dandruff.

I tried using fish oil and it seemed to increase my pain fro lyme, not sure why. It did completely cure my psoriasis though.

Great article - thanks so much for sharing it.

My BF takes Cod Liver Oil for winter psoriasis - works like a charm. With the CLO you get all those wonderful Omega-3s, as well as Vitamins D and A.
