I have been taking Ativan for 7+ years and getting no assistance getting off of it from doctor who prescribed. I am told it is a pediatrice dose and not to worry about it. But I definitely am dependent on it and have been unsuccessful getting off it by myself. Has anyone tried the Point of Return program? Connie Strasheim mentions them in her latest book.
