Hey merry,

Great! Thanks for sharing.

It looks like they may not protect the heels? Or do you have a different kind that does, please say yes? Or do those kinds on the arch also help the heels in some way?

I just bought some heel pads for $1.00 at a dollar store to try to ease the heel pain. That, with two pair of super soft socks and soft padded slippers hasn't stopped it, but maybe has reduced it some.

It appears the pain is neurological in nature so I tried the Tei-Fu oil on it and that did seem to help a little. Not immediately, but later it was better.

Got any other suggestions for the pain relief? This symptom sucks.

Much appreciated!

tutu's been having a really hard time with her feet...maybe she will check them out

i have prescription orthotics that help me a lot...but i only wear them with shows...i wonder if these would work with slippers around the house

tin...i have worn the orthotics since i was 16 and when ever they wear out or i lose them i get pains all over my feet...so it might be supporting the arch would take pain off the heel
