I'm sure most will understand why. Even I understand it. But I don't have to like it. Yeah to dead bacteria. From head to toes Pain pain pain. As stated on the "Under Our Skin" documentary video...!!!
My skin hurts. Feels tight.
I want to plan my future, it's hard to think and Im in a downward spiral in depression... I've no family close. Just because they're 2000 miles. Not Any kind of encouraging words goes a long ways.
With all the ways to comunicate ... they can't. They are too busy.
I just took Belladonna for fever.
I Hate Lyme with such darkness of all the ways Lyme dies. I wish I could die. Too much for so long. The road is bumpy with deep ruts. And I don't have a car. So I rely on one friend and one ex-husband. If I need help that bad.
Im raging cuz Txting and the light glare of life that I no longer live that life. You know with co-workers and friends. I don't Blame them. Cuz I cant stand being with myself all day either.
Any one on this road. Please wave to me. like this. thanks for reading. My blabbering.

I am sorry. This is a horrible disease. It impacts our lives in so many ways.
I have a dog who helped me thru it. My constant companion. I know not everyone gets relief from dogs, but try to find something that brings you a little joy.
I got to where I needed to look for something each day just to try to dig out of Lyme he'll.
Are you being treated by a LLMD?
Gentle hugs to you....

I hear ya. Not sure if it will help but I have learned to keep my grocery shop trips very short...
I do try and listen to my body and brain and leave enough hutspa to go thru the check out process.
I also shop first thing in the mornings when it is quiet and when health allows.
I wear hearo ear plugs or the peltor ear protection muffs and use the electric cart.
I know have a lift on my car so use my power chair which is much more do able and causes less pain.
And sun glasses for the light sensitivity when needed.
For me the norm is 10 min then I need to head to the check out.

I try to go to the store early in the day when no one is around. Down here in Florida this is the worst time of year to be at the stores as the winter visitors are here and it seems to be their only entertainment to go to the grocery store and clog the aisles. I get distracted when there are too many people around.

- "Herxing after errands"
May not necessarily be herxing but inner ear, adrenal and liver shock (which can cause a full body & brain clobber). Really.
For many reasons, it's best to avoid all big box stores. There are multiple assaults there for any body but for bodies dealing with lyme and treatment, it can be damaging, indeed. -
