Can you write off lab testing fees like from Igenex and others? That is where most of our cost has been this past year.

Also, can you write off your insurance premiums from a private insurance through your employer?

You have to have at least 7.5% of your income to claim anything, but anything you paid that your insurance did not pay can be claimed.

We file taxes separately so I can claim the medical expenses.

Not sure about claiming insurance premiums. Most of the time they are taken out of your paycheck and not taxed.
