I was so sick during church I thought I would have to tell my husband we would have to leave in the middle of it.
We got home and glad I had put lunch in the oven before we left. I got hubby's lunch on the table and took a 2 hour nap. I felt terrible.
My hubby told me it was nice out and I should go out for a while.
I went into my garden and scooped dirt around figuring I would feel sick no matter what. The longer I worked, the better I felt.
Now I feel almost normal.
I am so grateful for a good afternoon. I am hoping it will continue.
Not being able to eat much without getting sick lately so think I will juice for supper.
I have learned to savor the good moments.

Thanks Lymetoo, I think we all understand that those moments of being almost normal are so precious.

Could it have been 'earthing' or 'grounding' that helped you feel so much better as you worked in the dirt?

I think the spirochetes hate the sunshine, too! I always seem to feel better when I am out and getting some fresh air and sun. Glad it helped!
