Ok here goes. Aybe should bemoved to medical. Am on cell phonw so sorry for this mess.

Pain ovee amd under eye
Pain sharp an d stabbing in ears amd eye
Swelling in front of ears
Trouble swallowing and sore throat
Face is.numb
Flashing gold circles at night when I close my eyes
No discharge
Chronic non productive cough
Extremely dry nose, really bad

I don't know what to tell you about your symptoms. Have you tried an ENT?
