Hey guys has anybody personally or known anybody whos memoery returned to 100%? I can tell if my memory is bad or if im just worrying. I seem to do ok but im in upper manangement for one of the biggest retailers in the world so I need to be spot on. I take ginko to help. Im not sure if I need to be doing anything else.

My memory returned to 100%.
I completed my treatment over 8 years ago. I have the same life I had before lyme disease.

Mine is pretty good, but I'm getting older by the day!!
One thing that really affects me is candida/yeast... so make sure that is not your issue. It can cause really bad brain fog.

My husband's memory is much, much better.
Pre-Lyme treatment he couldn't find his way home from the bank.
He also went to the wrong bank, then left, then turned around and went to the same wrong bank again trying to deposit a check...at a bank that we have never had an account at.
I thought I was going to lose my mind watching him go through that.
For me, a low dose of Mino has been keeping the brain fog at bay. Without it, I cannot form a sentence or read at all.

My memory was the first thing to come back. It was also My last symptom to hit before i was dx'd. But I think you have to recognize what is and isn't lyme. If you're multi tasking all the time, things fall through the cracks. No one is invincible. And I have found no one condemns you if you admit to it. Cut yourself some slack.
