Hello everyone

I have a question that may sound stupid but I honestly don't know. What does it mean when someone

comments the word "up" and only the word up haha I have seen it a lot in different posts.

It means that someone is bumping it up to the top so others can see the post and maybe help.

No question is stupid. Now if it were coming from me mmm [Wink]

I had the same question many years ago! And it took me forever to figure out what "abx" meant!

I think it was just yesterday that Lymetoo figured it out [Big Grin] OK maybe it was last week. All she had to do was ask. [Wink]

I couldn't figure out how to get to ANY of the discussions for almost 6 months.

I was referred here by Lou B. but could only get this far.

TBrown!

Took me a few months to figure out "Up" also!

There are still some acronyms I can't figure out.

But I forget them before I have a chance to ask what they mean! Haha!

OK Lymetoo. I will give you more.

It was with user names. I hope I don't offend anyone. I have to mention them for obvious reasons.

When I saw laxlover. I didn't get it. I assumed lax was laxative. OK to each his/her own. [Smile]

Then I see laxmom. That's when I thought. hmm
And I thought hmm for quite a while.

I did finally get it and it has nothing to do with [toilet] [Big Grin]

OMG...Pocono Lyme!!

I'm just now seeing this and I'm laughing so hard! I guess I should have said what it meant years ago!

My kids were BIG into lacrosse when I needed to join this group and in that world it's LAX for short!

Thanks for the giggles :-)

-LAXlover
(LAX as in lacrosse!)

HA!! I thought LAX was for Los Angeles (airport)! I did for the longest time until one day you mentioned something about Lacrosse!

I'm down with this thread! Made me laugh!

I once asked if X-traterrestrials were landing at the LA airport.

Up!

Okay, if you are no longer into lacrosse, does that make you ex-LAX ?
