I don't really know why but when it hits it's like a giant. Hight tidal wave. It creeps up from behind me and knock me down flat. Everything hurts. Every noise hurts. My whole body feels like it's vibrating.

I'm not trying to make people sad. I looking for gratefulness and joy. And only another Lyme person can relate to this. This web site and a couple of people in the area where I live will help if I call.

Last summer I went into a herx and I wanted my pjs on. And I had to call one of them to help me get undress and get my pjs on. That was scary. That's how I'm feeling today.

The day just might get better. I've never in my life seen this day before. So there's time left I pray it will get better.
I will rejoice and. Be glad in it. I sure hope that happens very soon.

Hi Annie,

I have a blind cat. I call her the clean up crew.

Each time the other cats use the litter box, she zips in there after and digs and buries everything.

Because she's blind she turns it into a ten minute workout-litter spraying everywhere.

Then she steps her two front paws out of the pan, with her two back feet in, and sweeps with her front paws.

Almost like aerobics. All she needs is a sweat band and some perky music.

So I'll send her over and she can do cat pan clean up for you today while you're feeling down.

It's real funny to watch and she's very efficient.

I'm having shepherds pie but without the potato, so I'll send that to you also.

I'm still in my pajamas and robe today too.

So we can be in our pajamas and eat shepherds pie together in spirit.

Hang in there Annie.
[group hug]

Sorry yout havung such a ruff time annie

I have been up and down for awhile too.

I found its ok to give in to sleep and anything i want to do-play with the dog or just watch her, listen to music...sometimes i just listen to tv-especialy when its too hard to read or hold a book.

I dont know what puts me so low and what brings me back up-the weather? The stars? The bugs in me...but somehow eventually i come around

Be gentle with yourself. Allow yourself anything that makes you feel a little better.

Hope the kitties give you a little joy...

I am really liking the idea of those drones...just think what it would be like if those of us having good days could send a meal or a treat. Or even a supp you ran out of!

It helps me to go outside, get a little very mild exercise. Cheers me up.

But if you are in the Tetons, with cold and snow/ice, maybe that won't work for you. Don't want to fall on ice and then be even worse off!

Hope your a little better today

Like poppy a little movement also helps me

I often cant go outside but just walking laps around the house inside can snap me out of it

Also any exercise like sit ups on the bed or light weight lifting-use small canned goods or something lke thst if you dont have weights

Theres scientific info that. Exercise helps depression...even the smallest amount-it affects brain chemistry

I remember setting my clock every hour and saing i had to walk one minute each time it goes off...when that is easy increase it til you start to feel like yourself again

I know depression...i hope you feel better soon

Annie, sometimes better things just fall in our life that can make a diff in how we feel. I hope you find the little things that can make you smile or sing?

Did anybody else enjoy the Beatles reunion show as much as I did last night?

I would say most of you are about my same age. I don't remember the Ed Sullivan Beatles night. So I called my mom yesterday and asked her if we watched it?

She said we always watched Ed Sullivan. She remembers Elvis and could tell everything about his appearance on ES show.

But her and dad do not remember the Beatles. I was only 6, close to being 7. I accused them of putting me to bed early.

I so enjoyed everything in that show last night. At one point my husband asked me to stop singing, he wanted to hear the performers, not me singing?

Yesterday was not a good day....this show ended my day in the best way. Let It Be!

Yes I watched the Beatles. It was as magnets kept me there. Just like the first time I saw them on Ed Sullivan show too.

The Beatles show was great.. what I saw of it. I taped it and watched the Olympics. Quite a few times, I just gave up on the big O and watched the Beatles.

As for seeing them on Ed Sullivan, I don't remember watching it live, just clips after the fact. I suspect we didn't watch it because my mom couldn't stand Ed Sullivan.

Oh well. I did get to see Ringo Star in Austin back in the late 70's. It was cool!

So Annie, I hope the show made you feel happy and brought memories of good old days.

When we were younger and we could listen to music and dance like fools. Those were the good old days. We thought life was tough then?

Oh my, if I could just rewind to '98....knowing what I know today. We can't turn back time? Which brings me to this tune.

Yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away...

Ringo was really good last night. When you think about the age of them in their 70s. I hope I can rock and roll when I'm 70.

I am praying for you Annie C.

I think it helps to listen to KLove radio online because it's positive and encouraging all the time. I also like to watch uplifting videos on Godtube or GodVine.

How are you feeling today, Annie? I hope you're hurting less.

I don't much like drones, but I wish I could send you a treat. Some fish chowder, perhaps, made with cod, shrimp, coconut milk, and vegetables? (It includes potatoes, but I can fish them out if you need low carb). Perhaps via a hot air balloon. Or through Greta's transporter.

I hope Maggie and Saber made you laugh today.
[group hug] [hi] [kiss]
