Looking for a new place to live to try and find some quiet from neighbors hot tub running day and night.
Just surprised how many places I've seen that have mold in the tub/shower area, even saw some on a bathroom ceiling today.
You'd think they at least try to get rid of it before they show it. Even property managers are showing homes with mold. How can they not know this is a health hazard?

They'll try to get you to move into anything.
I remember seeing a home where the whole place smelled like mold. There was cherry air-freshener cans all over the place, trying to cover it up, but you could even see the mold in the closets.

Just to show, all they would have to do is spray some bleach spray and remove some of the mold in the shower/tub.

No kidding. At least they can give the illusion of no mold problems with bleach!
If anything, you know which rentals NOT to move into.
