Are we able to find anyone in our living area that's dealing with lyme? If so, I'd like to know if any 60 year old, outdoor, female lives in Howard County, Maryland. It would be good therapy to meet another lyme whose living with this chronicity.

You can check at the left here with Support Groups - click on United States, Maryland.

We also have free online chat groups for all states - http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/marylandlyme would be yours - ask to be added.

Might be a good idea to edit your subject to include your state. Not everyone opens every thread.

Its really great when you find that person. I have been here a long time and dont know what i would do without LN for both education and support

But when there is some one close who really gets it it is very special
