Most of the time I am in lala land or feeling so sick I am not able to do anything but lie here.
So trying to keep the ball rolling the best I can.
It has been a week since I saw the LLMD.
I have sent in the prescriptions to see if mail in pharmacy will fill them and how much they will cost.
3 different abx.
I did get the print out from the LLMD to the doctor or someone at the counter of her office
LLMD hopes the primary care doc will work with him on testing etc needed.
I did start taking the probiotics but after reading the print out learned I am supposed to be taking two a day so need to get in the habit of taking 2 a day.
I also read that I am suppose to be taking so many capsules of the vitamin C...need to re read that so I can start increasing the vitamin C too.
OK Brain is starting to flare and hurt and I need to close eyes to type so best stop for now.

Ah yes. I also ordered the coffee enema kit so should be getting that soon. Need to check email to see when to expect it.

Be sure that when you get the abx, you take the probiotics at least two hours away from them. Otherwise, they will be canceled out.
Hope you continue to make progress!

One thing i do that helps keep me on track is when i have to take the same meds everyday i put them in one of those pill minders...but i make my own from hardware store
It saves me opening med bottles so much an that is really painful for me. And it saves me thinking time too. I know what i take with breakfast, lunch and supper and at bedtime
Good luck with it

I think it's great that you got to see an LLMD. I remember it was quite the struggle before, so congrats on that at least!
If the primary care doc is told what to check off for testing, that's all that's needed. The results come back to the prescribing doc, but they don't need to have expertise on that, as long as you and your LLMD doc get copies.

Hoping to read doctor's instructions again today and be able to make a list for myself via the keyboard.
Step by step
ABX are on their way via mail.
Trying to decide whether to see about long term care or not..it will allow me more caregiver hours but it also changes me to medicare and medicaid.
With medicaid I am not able to see a doctor out of network even if I pay cash.
So, not sure what to do about this as i need more...more caregiver help and to be able to see the LLMD
As I am typing this, I will just try the first month on my own or with the help I have and see how it goes.

Be very careful about Medicaid, Kam... ask around and explore all possibilities.

Did first enema. Caregiver read the instructions and got everything ready.
Going to be a learning curve for me...
angry that I was working on Masters before this hits and now I can not read the doctor's directions or the enema directions.

There must be someone that lives in the apartments that is getting caregiver help that is paid by their insurance.
I do need to ask around.
So far, I know people that are doing what I did. Hire someone and also have someone that is paid by the county for 1 hr a week.

Maybe you should contact the Lyme Support Groups in your state (I don't know which one it is).
