Does anyone else drink this on a regular basis?

If you enjoy it as a tea and the honey does not seem to promote candida overgrowth, that sounds fine. Honey and lemon are very nice to soothe a cough, too. If you do find that honey isn't working for you, stevia can be a good sweetener for any kind of tea or hot lemonade.

(just be sure to rinse mouth with clear water after enjoying a cup of the lemon tea so that the lemon does not dissolve tooth enamel - and wait at least 30 minutes before brushing as the enamel will be soft from the lemon. It needs a half hour to harden up a bit and hold up to brushing).

I would not count on it to be enough liver support, though, if that is why you use it regularly. You'd also need something like MILK THISTLE or DANDELION on board.

Thank you Keebler!

I actually just drink it as lemon and honey water - no tea. I find myself craving it several times a day now.

My overall "puffiness" has gone way down since starting it back in November.

Trying to decide if it's a coincidence.

I've also finally started to lose some weight after not being able to lose anything for over 2 years.

Thank you again.

Lemon is a mild liver cleanser.

My hubby drinks lemon water with cayenne pepper every morning.

Your drink sounds much better to me!! How much lemon and honey do you use?

Hi MannaMe

I use 1/2 of a lemon and 1 tsp of raw, unfiltered local honey.
