A fresh look at reality, a more compassionate approach. Words here really resonate with me (sigh . . . deep sigh . . . .)

Now, there is one "strong" word of emphasis used a few times here that may wake up some ears. If one is not prone to such descriptors, just read for the tone intended: emphatic.

Although barriers of illness aren't the focus of this, it really hits home - no matter what one's obstacles may be.

This was great. Thank you for sharing. I hope many read it.

"You don't get to game the system of your life. You just don't. You don't get to control every outcome and aspect as a way to never give in to the uncertainty and unpredictability of something that's beyond what you understand. It's the basis of presence: to show up as you are in this moment and let that be enough."

That was good. If they would have left out the "language" I could have shared it.

Thanks Keebler, really good stuff. I needed to hear this today ... "Give yourself permission to be human".

Yeah, I agree Tincup ... well placed "language" is quite effetive ... in The Huff, yet!

The Fear of Missing Out seems to me to be a co-infection to the Think They're Falling Behind ...

It's a huge motivator in social media.
