Hi <<<<< Robin', and Tinny >>>>>,
Thanks for the replies tho'ts and site info'!!!
Gonna wait just a few more days, since I've been fighting infections still, just a precaution.
But then I'll get it done and registered and sent out, right quick. So we'll see what can be found out.Should be quite interesting.
I'll report back with an update, once I get my info'!

You may, indeed, find you are part "wolf," LOL
Sounds like fun and I may do this for my genealogy at some point. I think ancestry.com has kits for this, too.

Hello <<<<< hiker ' >>>>>,
LOL, about being part Wolf! Perhaps a part of some tribal group somewhere in this world who used the Wolf,as their representation [cannot think of the right word here].
I am looking forward to it, as a woman, most of my info' will come from Mom's side of thefamily. Only recent paternal evidence will show tho'[women have no 'Y' chromosomes] ,I have a few clues from a cousin who did some work that way, so that helps.
It will be fun to learn about it all. A friend of TrekC' recently had his done thru Ancestry .com , it was interesting.
Someday,I'd like to have the funding to get the medical info ,from 23andme as well.

Ha,Found out I am part Siberian Eskimo.
Who would have imagined that!!!
We always thought great grandma was a American Indian.
Siberian indigenous tribe, very close relative to American Indians.

LOL!! You DOGS!!
Infections and supplements should not affect the testing. Good luck!

I did this test. It should not be affected by whatever you take.

Hi <<<<< MADDOG, Lymetoo, and tepidau' >>>>>,
Thanks for the info' input, i am looking forward to find out jus' what sorta 'Wolfi' I might be!
Interesting finding MADDOG, I am wondering what I will find. We ladies, don't have the 'Y' chromosome,so my fathers side genetic info' will only be very recent info'.
[Not sure if it will include much from paternal grandparents.] I do know a little bit about the paternal side of our family, and a little about Mom's side, hopefully I'll get more insight ,when the test results are in.

Hi <<<<< LymeNet Family -Who've done the 23andme test kit >>>>>.
Is it common to get a single question via e-mail [they called it a one question quiz], asking if both of ones parents were born in the country where one is living?? Kit's only been at the lab aprox' a week.
I don't know if it is a common question to keep interest up while one waits?!?
Did they ask this of y'all?

I can't remember .. I think they do start sending emails once you are in the system.
I reply to some of them.

Hi <<<<< Lymetoo >>>>>,
Yeah, I was wondering about it. Both my parents were born here in the USA. One Grandparent was born in England.
It is on the Paternal side, and they say, that you only get very recent info' on the paternal [for we ladies]. Not sure if it includes the grandparents in the paternal.
How are you doing? I hope you had a good break and all!!!
As to the 23and me test, I am really curious, so I hope they get a good read, and can get it here sooner rather than later.
