I've had it with SE PA. Two years and two bouts of Lyme. I'm an avid outdoorsman and I'm planning on moving away from this horribly Lyme infested place, but I want to know where I should go. What area of the country has the least incidence of Lyme?

Probably the desert has less Lyme. How about turning into a rock hound?

Colorado? West Texas? California or Arizona desert?

Nope Colorado has tons of Lyme.
I was first infected at the age of 12 in the beautiful state of CO...the mountains to be exact.
I don't think there's such a place where Lyme doesn't exist.

- Be sure not to move to a state where doctors are not "allowed" to treat - or even mention lyme. Many such states exist.
Best would be those states which have laws to protect doctors who practice along the lines of ILADS LLMDs and LL NDs as well as a state that offers full license and practice credentials to naturopathic doctors. -
