However, I just heard that zeolite can be tainted with aluminum and lead .. so be cautious!

I use ACZ nanozeolite and really like it. It definitely binds toxins.

The form I use is a spray into the mouth, so perhaps it would not be good at binding histamine in the digestive tract.

I use Zeolite from premier research labs, which I trust. You don't want to get one contaminated with metals!

I see now that Living Clay is also a "calcium bentonite" .. supposed to be better than regular bentonite clay.
