Here's the link to the website pertaining to the RICO lawsuit against the IDSA, but so far there hasn't been any news for a very long time. https://www.thefirstepidemic.com/lyme-lawsuit -- (Scroll down)
Does anyone have any inside word about what's going on?
I was good friends with Plaintiff #2 (now deceased), so I don't have any way of finding out anything -- although I doubt that any of those who are in the know are talking anyhow.
When this lawsuit was being organized by the plaintiffs and their teams of lawyers, everything was kept very, very quiet.
Plaintiff #2 had been a key leader in our Texas LDA, and he resigned in order to have time to work on this class action lawsuit, but when he did resign, all he would ever say was that he was working on something very big which had to be kept top secret.
Plaintiff #2 died before the suit could ever be filed, but he learned on his death bed -- quite literally -- that a legal team had finally agreed to take the case. He died the very next day.
I've been sitting on pins and needles for a very long time now, and I'm starting to get impatient for any news of progress in this case.
Anyone??

BTB, I knew I could count on you. Thanks a bunch for this valuable link!
So now we know that the trial won't start until Feb., 2020 -- with jury selection to begin Feb. 18 and the actual start of the trial set for Feb. 24, 2020. Yea!
