Most of the eastern part of the US is experiencing poor air quality due to the wildfires in Canada and a north eastern wind pattern.

Stay safe.

If your air index is high, stay indoors.
Avoid strenuous activities.
Stay hydrated.
Close all windows and doors.

Type in your city on AIRNOW website for current air readings.

Thanks.

And if you have a mask from Covid and must go outside in bad air quality wear it.

Today in Washington, D.C. the air quality was like smoking a cigarette every hour and I know it was worse elsewhere.

Thank you, Bonnie, for all the good info.

I am wearing a mask any time I go outside.

Ohio: very smoky . Yesterday the numbers were way over 250.

Today it is 155 - still very unhealthy. Rain storms are expected which can help.

Stay safe!

Looks like Canadian wildfires might be a problem for many states in the U.S. this summer.

Check your air quality
