Yep I USED to resemble that,,,cept I ONLY had 5 to tow,,,but often inherited a few more along the line.
It was in another lifetime many years ago when I actually had my kids at home,,,they grow up way to fast!!
I can also remember sneaking out to the grocery store and pushing two carts myself at once. Always got the strangest stares,,,but the carts were always heaped before the checkout.
Biggest problem were grocery cart wheels werent too good then. one cart would always veer one way,,,the other the opposite way,,,specially on rough concrete parking lots that had holes deep enough to hide your last born.
Luckiest thing was,,,things didnt cost near as much then as now!! But could fill two carts in about half an hour!!
Now they keep moving stuff around and I keep looking for stuff they ran out of a couple months ago and still havent restocked(isnt that the advantages of computer inventory??)
Its real hard to find something that isnt there, just empty space and a wittle teeny sticker that may or may not have been knocked on the floor!!Abbreviated in such a way they are unreadable,,,too!!!
Result, takes me three times as long to buy half the items of yesteryear. And they call this progress??? I go about every other month or so!!

That was priceless.
I only have two in tow and I never get out of Walmart in under 3 hours!
Oh, and thanks Walmart for building those carts where children can ride.
Mine seem to think this is a gym, a mountain, a fighting ring, etc.
Plus it adds about 100lbs (including children) to push around along with groceries.
Don, that is too funny.
I don't ever remember riding in a cart. We were made to walk.
We didn't ask for anything. We knew better.
Hugs,

When my oldest two were young, I drove past several groceries across town to one that had FREE babysitting!
I don't know that I ever took all of them to the store unless my husband was there.
They know better than to ask. Asking means no for sure.
I go to the grocery every day and just buy dinner for that night and whatever else makes it onto the list. It just seems easier that way and leaves much less rotten food hidden in the back of the refrigerator. Oh, and I go alone. If you have a lot of kids and you go to the store alone, you LIKE grocery shopping!
I must admit, it's easier as they're older!!! I can't believe she got so much for those cards!

hey - her trips to the grocery store sound almost the same as mine - cept...
I have 3 teenagers that fight with each other as the little ones do and the 3 little ones like to play hide and seek so that I have to send 1 of the teens to the front entrance and 1 of them to the back store room door so that they dont escape.
i dont have the luxary of telling anyone in the store that they are not mine or that I borrowed them from someone - (we shop in a town of about 3500 - everyone knows everyone - and I think they all knew I was pregnant with the last one before me and hubby even knew - LOL)
Now - after demanding that hubby do grocery shopping with all 6 for one week (usually 3x)
I dont have to take anyone anymore if I dont want to unless no one home to watch little ones. YEAH for me - he also sees that the bill is usually 5$50 to $75 cheaper when the kids stay home.
