I'm for good book learning. But; Experience is a better Teacher. Hear! Here! Yes I know the spelling ie hear vs here.

Being disabled. Is not on My Bucket List. Instead Ive become the Bucket! Plus the handle is broke and so am I. I made a new handle for my bucket 7 times in 21 years. I ponder with every 3 years I guess that's alright.

I ponder how can my handle break? When the bucket "that's me" is disabled. My bucket is half full. Don't get me wrong, my bucket gets close to the Fill to this Line! And on trash day I filter out my bad thinking towards my self.

Then some how it reaches the top again. And sometimes I sleep thru trash day and I turn my bucket into a trash compacted with too much. When trash day comes again Its too heavy to { Completely Dump Contents }

This is my Opinion so its not who you know. It's who to say no to. [woohoo] [woohoo] is a my source for a daily excursion. And [bonk] [bonk] Sometimes the bonking gets rid of my headache. Then I get new headache But this way I know what caused it.
So this is how the CDC became The CDC.

Yes this is Lyme at it's best. I only wanted to change one word. {CDC> Completly Dumping Contents}.
From Dump to Dumping.
