I am hoping to meet Cobweb if she makes a trip to New Orleans this August...
One of these days I am going to figure out how to post a picture of my family.
Hope to meet more in the future.
Hugs,

I hope to meet some of you some day. I have this vision in my mind of traveling and stopping along the way to meet others with lyme.
I also hope to be able to attend a conference or another type of lyme related event and meet others there.

Randibear-want to meet some of us? Go to the next Lyme Rally ! Besides my beautiful comrades on the bus I was priviledged to meet the kind and gracious Hats and Scarves. Dr. Wiseass showed off her boots AND booty for us.
Geneal- Girls had another yard sale at church this weekend-raised 600 more dollars for the mission trip to a place called Camp Restore. Sound familiar ? August 4th-12th. 17 hour drive to get there from here.My girls are 16 an 18 and don't require a parent to accompany them. I may have to get Lymemomtoo to drive me!!!!!
I managed to get my mug in some of the shots taken at the rally protesting the IDSA guidelines. I look like , wait a minute , I need to go look in the mirror since I haven't a clue how to reference the pics.
Well, the mirror didn't help because I did not recognize the person looking back at me.
I picture Just Don looking like Papa Smurf. Am I close?

I've met Phyllis (pmerv), Cheryl, Ellen Lu, Angela & Lou B, gosh, Lynn from Minnesota, Kara Kyriaka Tyson from Alabama, um, Lovette, Lovey, Jeannine (Miss Tick!), Bob, Kathleen Dickson from sci.med, Georgia, um, other peoples too*!)*!)! I SAW TinCup going into a room at the first TOFU... I met Doc B- he is wonderfuL*!*)!!
I am curious as to what people look like too- I have ideas in my head but they are probably wrong- this one Lymie online who I thought was an elderly staid man turned out to be an ethereal pale willowy gorgeous woman once!!! Very surprising!!!
I was awful looking when I came back East because I was still so sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am much betetr looking now. I will post a photo sometime- I have one taken 2 weeks after tick bite when I was still pretty normal just had a few emergent symptoms!!! My face was still swollenesque when I came back East-
I have long white blonde hair (naturally dirty blonde with reddish streaks, I hate it so I bleach it whiteish) and blue eyes (but not true blue they change, green or grey or blue depending on my mood!) and have been told I look like Veronica Lake, Renee Zellweger or most often, Rebecca De Mournay or Mia Farrow!!! I am a size 6-7 right now but when am in my perfect shape am a size 4-5. I gave up on contacts when the baby was born and so I wear glasses right now but keep meaning to start wearing conatcts again, just have to get into the habit. My hands are often black under the nails from gardening and I often have dirt smudges on my face from the same. If my legs and/or arms are visible they are always covered with insect bites because ANYTHING that bites WILL bite me!!!!!!!!! (Including goats*)!
My daughters are both blonde- my 10 year old dark golden blonde, my little one white platinum blonde, the older with eyes like mine that change, the younger with true piercing blue that never changes- My older one is TINY, she is the size of a 6 year old (little people run on her fathers side), my younger one is average sized. My older ones father is Jewish and she has very tawny olive-y skin, very swarthy, tans dark in a minute, my younger one is milk white fair and burns if out in the sun-

aaaOOOO Tincup at TOFU...aaaaOOOO
where's Maddog when you need him anyway?
Jenny and I have had the pleasure of spending a few days at the yearly lyme float with Tincup, Melanie, Maddog, Just Don,Roger and Connie(sapphire101), briefly met Joanne(aklnwolf), and have flown to Mexico with LabRat piloting a few times too.
I also like to talk on the phone rather than type. And people don't look like how they come across in print or how they sound on the phone. How can you picture somebody from postings anyway?? but we all do it.
Lyme float this year will be around the IN, OH, KY, border....keep watching for when Maddog decides the dates (will be sometime in July.)
Just a laid back party atmosphere...no symposium, no stress, just get to know each other. Highlight of the year for this household.
