(Please excuse my third post in Off Topic in such a short time. I really am just going nuts here with no one to talk to.)
Every time I've been eating something processed lately, I've been thinking to myself, "I could eat...a berry smoothie....instead and be fine."
I am ready. This isn't to say I won't slip up or make mistakes. But I am going to start taking more steps in the right direction.
I do well planning my main meals, but it's the snacks and desserts that kill me. Well now I'm going to start eating healthy, tasty snacks.
Spring is coming, the weather is getting nice....it's time I took a more natural and fresher approach.

Good for you, Hoosiers!!!
Being ready for a change is a big step in being successful.
I find that almonds with sea salt (no oils) are a good snack. Planters makes them, they come in a bag and say "Planters 100% Natural Harvest" on the bag and "California Almonds."
I often eat some of those and some fresh fruit. (I don't have a yeast problem)
Also, celery with natural organic crunchy peanut butter (no sugar) or cashew butter is good.
I also eat leftovers as snacks alot.
I am proud of you for taking this step.
It's not as hard as people think it is. You really do get used to avoiding all those processed foods.
Good luck in your new approach!!!
