Can someone tell me how to print the screen as it is?

I want to get a snapshot of and print a file directory for my records.

Just use your mouse and BLOCK, then right click and chose PRINT. there you go...

I used the same method to just block/copy your comments below where I am typing now.

If you want to print whats on your monitor:

1) Press the print screen button
2) Open up your word processor
3) Click on a spot in the word processor
4) While holding down the Ctrl button
press the letter V. A copy of the screen
will paste itself onto the page.
You can resize the image by clicking on the
image. Then in the lower right hand corner left mouse click on the little square, while holding down mouse button move the mose to make the image larger or smaller.

If you want to cut a portion of the image out, you can use Paint with the cut feature.

If you do not have word use can use WordPad.

I can't seem to get it to work.

I am trying to print a copy of the files in a certain folder - so it's not a word document I'm trying to copy/paste/print.

I can do it fine in other programs, just not able to get a snapshot of the various folders/directories.

What am I doing wrong?

Alt + Print Screen

Ctrl + V
