Okay. I am new to this discussion board thing and have a few questions.

1. How do I get to my private messages?

2. How do I tell who is logged on?

3. If I have a medical question, does it have to be discussed in the 'medical questions' boared or can I discuss it in the 'general board' if I am already there talking?

Here is the link to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).

To view your PMs (Private Messages), just click on the "my profile" text near the top of the page. NOTE: You have to be logged in to do that.

I'm not sure how/if you can check who is currently logged in (except maybe people you add to your 'buddy list').

Check out the FAQ, you also probably received a private message with a bunch of information.

Oh, you might want to write an introductory post in one of the forums (General Support maybe).

how to tell if someone is logged on:

go to the BOTTOM of each forum page,

click on the black bar showing how many members/guests are logged on

it will then show ALL LOGGED onto that forum or within last 30 minutes.

you can read your pms/private messages by my short cut method.

at top of EACH POST says hello TEXANGIRL,

beneath that will be a flag waving and states HOW MANY PMS ARE WAITING TO BE READ; i love this vs. clicking on my profile.

FAQ will answer alot and so does my advise/newbie package i sent you. [Big Grin]

Ahhh, no wonder I couldn't figure out how to tell who's logged in, I have my browser colour settings to permanent black background.

It's easier on my eyes. [dizzy]
