Hi, My AVG keeps catching and healing 5 Trojan Generic BCS (or something like that) in C/Restore/Temp. Every day it catches and heals. Is there any way to actually get rid of this without wiping my drive?
I assume it will keep doing this until my memory is used up?? I am not very computer savvy so don't know how to do anything complicated.
Any help will be appreciated!

You most likely need to purge your restore points by disabling system restore, then rebooting (this is when restore points are purged) and re-enabling system restore if you want to.
