If this will post...I'll see... every time I think it is going to behave...teh slows and the freezes start up...

Short of buying a better computer...any ideas? I am not very computer literate...

What OS? XP? Win 7? Something else?

Is it just slow online or all the time?

Do you get any error messages?

Is your PC up to date as far as security goes and do you run an antivirus and firewall program?

How old is your PC?

Spybot Search and Destroy, install, update, remove everything it finds.

Malwarebytes malwareblaster, do the same.

Combofix, do the same.

If problems persist, post back with more info. I do this every day. This is the start of a cleanup, fixes 90% of the systems without any further work required.
