Hi All...

(Don't let the # of posts fool you...I had to re-register on Lymenet for some reason)

I am hoping SOMEONE has some advice that can help to calm these down. I am having these vibrations/tremors so bad that it is keeping me up at night, and when i do sleep, it is very light/not restful sleep.

They are most annoying after I lay down to TRY to sleep. But I also feel them throughout the day especially when I work on my PC and also watching TV. I am sure that this symptom is aggrevated by the screen refresh rate of the TV and PC. It really sets the vibrations off.

Last time I had these, my forehead would tense up and then spasm. Very scary! I haven't had that occur yet this time.

I've had them before, for several weeks, but am not sure what caused them to go away. I am taking Magnesium supplements MAG-Tab SR, have taken epsom salt baths, etc., as I remember people noting it might be due to Mag deficiency.

They are still occuring with the above. Anyone have any advice or experiences in getting them to go away or calm down?

Is this symptom attributed to a specific Co-infection? (I was slightly positive for Babs with the results of my IGenex tests).

I'm suspicious that this might be some other nerve/brain damage(?)

Thx in Advance!

Bill

Go get a Magnesium IV, or at least an IM shot.

Just went through the same experience - what I thought were vibrations were actually muscle spazms.

IV works like a charm.

Daily facial exercises have helped me with muscle spasms/twitchings.

I am using the "exercise program" from the following bell's palsy website:

hi Bill

I don't have any wonderful to cure you, but things that help me are making sure I have enough electrolytes, Fish oils, and protien.

I like Elyte electrolyte concentrate, or Emergen-C.

Gentle exercise also helps me to break vibration cycles when I am strong enough to do it. I think the idea of facial exercises sounds good.

I hope you get a break soon

I can also mean a relapse. This could be a symptom of Lyme toxicemia (Bb toxin present in the blood).
