This is a 7 page article that everyone should read even if you don't believe in herbs.

I know I learned a lot -- For example, your blood type can make you more susceptible to certain diseases.

Includes info on Killer Cells and Helper Cells, IgG etc, Eosinophils and Neutrophils, Tumor Necrosis Factor -- all those things you might have seen on an immune system blood test and wondered about.

To learn even more read these 2 other articles on the same site --

Immune Function and the Lymphatic System (2 pages)
Removing Heat and Inflammation from the Blood (5 pages)

Thanks Bea [Smile]

for posting this article!

I take garlic and licorice root and feel these help .

I wish I could take ginseing, but it makes me jittery.

Very interesting that dr. B recommends cordyceps too.

I am going to print this out as I feel my immune system can use all the help it can get. My panals have gone down over the years and am working hard on this now.

After the "big Kills" with abx I think our immune systems can do a good job of mopping up.

God Bless [Smile]
