On and off I've given my 10 year old Chlorella but am not sure of the correct dose? My daughter is 55lbs if that helps anyone.

I consider Chlorella a food with every nutrient in it. If it were my child, I would let her take as much as she wants. My grandchild chews it like candy at times; next visit she takes none. Next visit she may ask for it.

There is no set protocol for anyone as to the amount of chlorella. People who tolerate it well do a lot better minimizing their die-off problems and metal redistribution. The more toxins you carry, more chlorella is needed. First thing I used to grab when I knew I was detoxing, which is supposed to be every day, was Chlorella.

When the stool turns green, that's plenty. Be aware that the stool starts to look darkish --- it is the chlorella.

I have knowledge of testing done of the milk of breastfeeding moms. The mom's milk who was not taking chlorella that was tested was loaded with PCB's, pthelates, mercury, etc. that would have required a special landfill permit to dump it.

Then the moms started to take chlorella. breastmilk was again tested by a lab - it was greenish looking, but contained no pesticides, herbicides, pthelates or mercury. It was absolutely clean.

That's the benefit of chlorella.

Children who take the CGF, Chlorella Growth Factor, at an early age, have perfect teeth and dental arches. I have seen the research during seminars, but cannot recite it here. It was done in Japan, of course.

I always carry a few in my handbag or car. If I get a whiff of bad stuff, like gassing up the car, I take a few chlorella. When I fly, I constantly eat them throughout the flight.

Take care.

Take care.

Snowboarder, that is wonderful that she can see Dr. Amy. There are a few more in this area, all longtime and still assistants to Dr. K. If I need any help when he is on his trip around the continents, that's our choice also. All of them have the major requirement - ART.

Makes me feel good that you will get more help.

Take care.

My kids and I take the same amount. I think this is a food and can't hurt you. We take a handful before meals. Sometimes 5, sometimes 10. When I am herxing I take 20 or 30. My doc says taking more won't hurt, and to detox from heavy metals and lyme bug debris higher amounts (I won't say doses because it is not a drug) is indicated.

It will turn your stool green and sometimes dark.

We take it 1/2 hour before meals. If we forget, we just take it whenever.

There is another agent / food my doc wants me to take with it. Another detox / binding agent that works well with chlorella. I forgot the name and haven't started it yet.
