I have both the KMT24 and the GB4000. I find the KMT much easier to use and it does not require detailed frequencies, etc. For that reason and the fact that I do believe in the device, I have not used the Rife machine for some time.
That said, I know that some people have great results. So, I don't know that anyone can say that one is better than the other though my preference is the KMT.
