Cilantro ( Chinese Parsley)

Mobilizing mercury, cadmium, lead and aluminum in both bones and the Central Nervous System

It is probably the only effective agent in mobilizing mercury stored in the intracellular space (attached to mitochondria, tubulin, liposomes etc.) and in the nucleus of the cell (reversing DNA damage of mercury)

Bile Stimulant

Recommended dosage and application of cilantro tincture:

2 drops 2 times daily in the beginning, taken just before a meal. Alternatively, cilantro can be taken 30 minutes after taking chlorella. During the initial phase of the detox cilantro should be given 1 week on, 2-3 weeks off. Gradually increase the dose to 10 drops 3 times daily for the full benefit.

Other ways of taking Cilantro:

Rub 5 drops twice a day into your ankles for mobilization of metals in all organs, joints and structures below the diaphragm, and into the wrists for the organs, joints and structures above the diaphragm. Ankles and wrists have dense autonomic innervation (axonal uptake of cilantro) and are crossed by the main lymphatic channels (lymphatic uptake).

Cilantro tea: Use 10 to 20 drops in a cup of hot water. Sip slowly. This clears the brain quickly of many neurotoxins and is excellent for headache and other acute symptoms
(joint paians, angina, headache, etc. Alternatively, rub 10-15 drops into the painful area. This can achieve instant pain relief).

Take care.

Keep doing, keep doing, keep doing, and balance your minerals all along!

GiGi,
Am currently doing DrNatura's colonix, and will start toxinout today. Would the cilantro be helpful to take at the same time or perhaps be too much? Also, suggestions for minerals. Thanks for all your help.

hi Gudrun!

thank you for this, it saved me having to dig through files as I just received my tincture..I'm gonna start very slowly with a couple drops in hot water.

although, I have a question...what form do they suggest rubbing on the wrists/ankles...essential oil? or tincture?

thanks [Smile]

Clancy, Cilantro for heavy metal detox is meant to be a longterm program.

I am not familiar with the Toxinout. But am not a friend of ALA or NAC and have never used it.
So I cannot comment.

Mineral replacement is something we always do. Mainly, because it is not in our natural foods in sufficient amounts any longer. I don't think cilantro pulls the good metals out as does DMPS and DMSA where it is rather drastic and you have to put them back via IV or doubling at least the normal mineral doses.

The main thing is to find an absorbable one. We use Designs for Health Complete Mineral Complex (Albion process) and the KMT Plus Minerals from Biotools. But I always watch out for better things coming along and change when I find something better. It's definitely one of our major deficiencies - with vegetables, etc. only containing a fraction of the minerals today when compared to some years ago. We manage to kill just about everything it seems and the microbes love it. Instead we are piling in the toxic metals with almost everything we put in our mouth if we are not really, really careful. And stay away from the dentist of yesteryear!

Foggy, we use Cilantro always - not every day, but ongoing.

It also detoxes the aluminum to which we are exposed almost daily via the Chemtrails from the skies which is in a form our body does not know naturally how to detox. Just another thing to watch out for.

The food we take in - from chicken to eggs to fish - all now containing some mercury. It's in the food chain!

If we have a healthy functional system, we probably can manage the exposures. But most of us are not, which is evident by the reaction to Lyme exposure. Many people are infected and manage without getting totally stranded like many of us are and were.

So using Cilantro is an inexpensive way to keep detoxing. We use the Organic Cilantro tincture from Dragon River Herbals or from Biopure. Raw Cilantro will not accomplish the same thing. It has to be exposed to heat (like tossing a handful into your hot chicken soup ---- that's how the efficacy of cilantro for heavy metals was discovered. (By Dr. Yoshiaki Omura with plenty of published research out of Japan following his discovery some years ago).

It also is a great support for bile flow -- taking it just as you start to eat your meal.

SunRa, Dear Jen, I am happy to hear you are starting to use it. It is such an easy way. Yes, you use the tincture to rub it in as I posted. No essential oil.

The oils that work extremely well and work most successfully for everthing that has invaded your body are the Ozonated Oils. I have posted about that. They are one of the best things that God ever made and man improved by adding a bit of ozone. You might look for my post on that under "Ozonated Oils Work" or Rizoles work. They are also affordable.

Good luck to all of you. And get well. Life is a joy when it's all behind you. I am 75 years old today and celebrating!

Take care.

Thanks Gigi, this is really interesting information.

I guess one question that I have is do you think that you can take Cilantro tincture without chlorella? I ask because chlorella, even the gentle kind in small doses, messes up my intestines pretty significantly and they are in fragile shape anyway!

I would like to use Cilantro tincture, but not sure if it mobilizes too many metals to use without a mop-up substance like chlorella.

thanks for any info and best wishes for your continued great health! VL

I ate a whole bunch of cilantro the other week and thought I was going to DIE from the diarrhea. I am not sure if this was good - like a severe herx - or if I was adding fuel to the flame.

I read that Lymies are often toxic with copper, and cilantro is very high in copper. Plus, they spray it with copper.

Anybody know if I should continue with the cilantro??? I haven't eaten it since.

Vermont Lymie,

"I guess one question that I have is do you think that you can take Cilantro tincture without chlorella? I ask because chlorella, even the gentle kind in small doses, messes up my intestines pretty significantly and they are in fragile shape anyway!"

If you are mercury toxic, often the mercury also hangs onto the nerve endings lining the gut. So I was told.

It is not a good idea to use any neurotoxin elimination agent, such as cilantro, or any killing agent to go after the infections, without using a mop-up such as chlorella, pectin, chitosan, Destroxin, cholestyramine, Fiber drinks (such as in DrNatura, or you can make them yourself) of psyllium, groundup flaxseed, or any other fiber.
Chlorella is by far the best because of its nutrient value - it is a complete food actually.

The release of dead proteins and released metals from dead cells needs to be cleared out of the body as quickly as possible to avoid recirculation of the toxins. www.chronicneurotoxins.com You will feel a whole lot better if you get rid of it as fast as you can, and also help it with lymphatic drainage and colonics, or coffee enema. Use flavored MSM as a drink. Flavored Vitamin C, antioxidants, antioxidants, vitamin C to give the mercury, etc. its lost electrons back and speed them out of the body. Sometimes a day or two of charcoal is good. Not longer because it also grabs onto the good minerals.

trailz, when I say start with 2 drops 2 times a day - that indicates that starting slow is the best way and then increasing from there. "A whole bunch" is a lot. Dragon River herbals grow their own organic cilantro and makes the tincture. They have supplied Dr. K. for many years and it is clean and uncontaminated. I never used a different brand for that reason. Biopure's is also organically grown cilantro.

Be sure to be careful with cilantro if you still have amalgam fillings/mercury in your teeth!

Take care.

My youngest son was just muscle tested and found to have lead and aluminum so yesterday the llmd put him on your protocol, Gigi.

Thanks for explaining how to take the cilantro so well and he has the chorella, also. I am going to have him apply drops to his skin like you suggest, also.
