I was reading the above article about the effectiveness of the herb "terminalia chebula" for busting biofilms so meds via immune system can get through to Lyme, co-infections, etc.
After doing a brief google search it seemed to be a very helpful herb on many levels without side effects.
Am wondering if anyone here has had experience with it and/or opinions, etc.?
Thank you very much for reading this and for any replies you can offer about it.
Take care. Hope you all are doing better today than yesterday.

Yes, I took it in the form of Triphala, which is three herbs. It was tough in the beginning, but it seemed to help. I took it mainly for my gut, but I knew it was also a biofilm buster.
