https://www.msn.com/en-xl/news/other/lobby-group-raises-storm-over-forced-covid-19-testing/ar-BB13kX8l

"Muslims for Human Rights is against the powers of the Health CS to mandatorily require asymptomatic carriers of Covid-19 virus to provide specimens for investigation and examination without the carrier’s consent.

“This raises plausible legal questions of infringement of constitutional rights and freedoms including the right to property, right to freedom and security of the person, right to protection of human dignity and right to privacy,” said Muhuri chairperson, Khelef Khalifa, in his affidavit.

The lobby group is seeking a declaration that those who are being forcefully quarantined without sufficient reasonable cause or prior testing justifying their quarantine and isolation is against their rights and should be released."

-----------------

Are you guys being forced to test for the Covid19?!?

And pushed into forced quarantine?

-----------------------

https://duckduckgo.com/?q=%22forced+covid19+testing%22&t=h_&iar=videos&iax=videos&ia=videos&iai=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3D3UrU8n6c6SU&pn=1

This video shows a couple with apparent no symptoms being forced by police force to get a Covid19 test.

The policemen handcuffed the man to take him to hospital for testing for Covid19, without his consent.

Policemen came to the person's house, in the evening, with a nurse , and took the couple from their living room couch to hospital for forced testing at a nearby hospital!!

------------------------------
Then I found more information about the LEGALIZATION of all that:

https://therayfield.com/us-house-introduces-hr-6666-for-forced-covid-19-testing-in-residences-by-contact-tracers

there is a congress bill that authorizes forced testing with mobile units that go inside houses, and they decide who goes to quarantine somewhere or who stays in quarantine inside...

it means, they can decide to take anyone out and put in forced quarantine, like your children?

and if I understood it right, in the article above, the places they take people to be in quarantine are awful, dirty, inhuman...

And this is all legal!!?

As ordinary citizens we are not being forced to do testing. If anyone else is, I am not aware of it.

Right I agree. No where in that video did I hear the word "Covid test". What year was this even made ? Not saying it isn't legite but I do have my suspicions. This husband and wife could of made threats ( suicide, harming themselves or others) which automatically warrants an involuntary hospitalization.

If it is about force testing for Covid I'd think it would be justified on a legal standpoint if this husband and wife were doing something NOT ok like deliberately exposing people, take for example spitting and coughing on a person and food at a grocery store (which has happened by the way in my state and criminal charges were drawn up, as they should be!).

Again, I could be wrong. Hey what do I know. Lol.

I would think it would depend on the country as to whether they can force a test. The article you referenced was from Kenya.

Certainly in China they are forcing testing and forcing quarantine.

But I would hope, here in the USA, that as people begin to go back to work in crowded places such a meat packing plants that they test the workers.

That way they will catch those who are asymptomatic and prevent the spread. I would not want to work in a crowded place or enter such a place if there was no testing.

Some states here are requiring testing of employees and residents of nursing homes and I actually like that as my parents reside in a retirement center where Covid has been found.

And I, personally, would not mind if somebody wanted to test me if they found that I have been in contact with someone who had COVID-19. And I would not mind going into quarantine.

Here in the United States when a parent has been found to have COVID-19 they are isolated in their house and try to stay away from their children. The children are not taken away because they’ve probably already been exposed and might as well be quarantined as well in that house.

I am disappointed that our free drive-through testing is moving to a different city after next week. It is the only place in town where you don't need an appointment or a referral and people are more likely to go there than to a MD office.

After watching the first video that you posed Brussels, I am not convinced this has to do anything with COVID-19. COVID-19 was not mentioned in the video. Obviously the man is disturbed mentally as he was telling the policeman that the policeman was not a human.

They are probably taking him to the hospital to be mentally evaluated to see if he is harmful to himself. You are finding videos that have no proof to back up what you want to believe.

I watched the one where they took the man to the hospital. They never said they were taking him to be tested. I think they were taking him in for mental evaluation.

Funnily, they took the lady too.

That's what I understood at the end, when the policeman said she had to turn the phone off, right?

Possibly both have mental problems?

-----------------------
What about House Resolution 6666?

If I understood it, it means testing is coming to the houses of people, and the congress is asking something like S100,000,000,000 dollars for that.

Every year, for the next years.

They mention quarantine, meaning, if the test is positive, people will be taken in quarantine or let in quarantine.

Here is an article that talks about the USA: is forced quarantine possible and legal?

In Kentucky, it seems authorities are willing to use police force to force people in quarantine.

https://fox59.com/news/coronavirus-patient-in-kentucky-refused-to-quarantine-so-deputies-surrounded-his-house/

"Nelson County Judge Executive Dean Watts told CNN affiliate WDRB the measure was necessary to keep the community safe.

“This is about us, not about ‘I,'” Watts said. “So quarantine is a must. If we have to, we’ll do it by force.”"

First they came for......

But when they came for me there was no one left to stand up.

https://www.newsmax.com/us/coronavirus-vaccines-alan-dershowitz/2020/05/19/id/967964/

"Let me put it very clearly, you have no constitutional right to endanger the public and spread the disease, even if you disagree. You have no right not to be vaccinated, you have no right not to wear a mask, you have no right to open up your business," he said.

"And if you refuse to be vaccinated, the state has the power to literally take you to a doctor's office and plunge a needle into your arm,” he added.

Dershowitz explained that a person can refuse medical treatment if the disease they are infected with isn’t contagious.

"But you have no right to refuse to be vaccinated against a contagious disease," he said.

"Public health, the police power of the Constitution gives the state the power to compel that. And there are cases in the United States Supreme Court.”

The Supreme Court has allowed each state to have police power, which gives them the ability to enact and enforce health laws like quarantines and even vaccination laws, to protect public health.

He said the government can provide an alternative to those who do not want to be vaccinated: Live in your home and "never, ever leave your home" or "live in a bubble."

Dershowitz said there are "cases after cases after cases" where the public health allows "reasonable actions to prevent the spread of communicable diseases.”

-----------------
That comes from the known lawyer Dershowitz.

Forced testing, forced vaccination, forced quarantine is constitutional in his view if all that is to prevent spread of an infectious disease and vaccines can be mandatory and reinforced by police force.

And that is just Dershowitz’s opinion and not fact.

Brussels, why do you continue to spread these “conspiracy theories” that are not true?

I think we should be able to discuss different theories, whether or not all agree.

Brussels is informed and helpful, an asset to LymeNet.

I never said Brussels wasn’t an asset to this thread.

Guess I am used to Brussels posting about treatments she has tried.

Just expressing my alternate opinion.

Calling Brussels concerns a “conspiracy theory” sounds dismissive, especially when lyme could easily be called, and has been called, the same thing.

I am not here to argue and will not post on this thread again.

I did not intend to upset anyone.
