Has anyone had a positive response to glutathion pushes for their lyme and/or detox? I know a couple of people (not lymies) that did glutathione as a push with the mixing of phoschol(?) at end and found themselves getting depressed. I learned that soy is involved.
At any rate, did it help anyone? My ei doctor says it takes a long while, but at $40 - $60 a push (two x a week for awhile), it gets pricey.

Di, I did the push and the IV drip. It wasn't a miracle cure for me, but my metals levels have come down, so it wasn't in vain.
I'm going to continue with them until my metals levels are "normal" to see how I feel.

My husband had quite a few of the Essentiale N ( for phospholipid exchange - only that brand, it can be ordered from Europe. I have the pharmacy you can order from. ) followed by glutathione. It is a very effective program, but has to be done for quite a while.
It has to be done just right (drawing up of blood, mixing it, infusing it back over 5 minutes, etc.) It is followed with slow Glutathione (2 minutes)
Side effects:
There are different kinds of phospholipids on the market. The protocol I have in writing states "American products seem to be unsafe". Occasional anaphylactic reactions are possible, but extremely rare. Causes mild burn when injected outside the vein. Heals usually in 2-3 days. May cause mild nausea.
It is by no means the only thing to do when infections of various kind are involved, and especially when heavy metal toxix.
Take care.

I seem to have a neg reaction to those. The doc I see seemed very confused by this, and said nearly all the patients he uses this on say "WOW!". But, not me.
Increased brain fog for a day or 2, more fatigue, things like that. It was always done right after an IV with Vit C, Mg, and other things. Not sure if there was some knod of reaction to something in that or not. I just ended up discontinuing them.
