I'm just wondering if it's ok to take Primal Defense and Saccharomyces Boulardii together, for instance, approximately 20 minutes before going to bed.

So hard to know when to take all supplements so they will do the most good. Someone did mention taking Primal Defense at night, which sounded like a good idea.

Thanks for any help.

Hi there,

S. Boulardi is just a healthy form of yeast that helps keep bad yeast in check...like good bacteria helps keep bad bacteria in check...

And I happen to have a bottle of Primal Defense handy here, and if you look at the list of probiotic ingredients...Saccharomyces Boulardi is actually one of the ingredients listed...so I am sure to take an added amount with it is fine...
