Can I ask, what makes you think you have lost muscle in your hands? Is there something that happens to you to lead you to believe this is what is happening?

between my thumb and pointer finger on the back of my hand, I have dents. My hands feel strong as before but it looks like I lost some muscle or tissue there.

Hello, Coach.

I don't think my muscle loss is obvious to anyone from looking at my hands.

However, loss of strength is obvious to ME.

It's harder to do things with my hands.

I have pain in my forearms which probably is to blame.

I had abnormal Evoked Potentials tests in my arms from my neuro during workup for Multiple Sclerosis, so I know there is some demyelination of my nerves going on, which is likely the reason.

However, Lyme does that, so I'm not worried and I just find ways to compensate.

I don't know what to do about it, really... Someone may be along with some ideas on supplements to help rebuild nerves/myelin...?

Good luck to you.

Michelle M
