This magazine article is good about how co-infections complicate recovery from lyme...
Some of the "bad guys'" Steere camp theories are called into question by this article...
They interview a few of the bad guys in here but it ends in our favor!

This article is a couple of years old, but I understand a book on lyme by this author is due to be printed this year. Looking forward to it.
