Well, although I am puzzled as to why I would relapse now after all this time, I have a gut feeling that's what is going on. Thanks to all that responded. I am not sure if I should seek attention right now or just see if it passes.

Pq I will take a pic of the rash. Thanks for suggesting it.

beach comber Thank you for responding. Although my new rash is not in the same spot as the original, it is about 4-5 inches above that.

Tj Thanks for the info. I will look in to it and God Bless

Thank you

Maybe it is but I do not live in an area where that is likely and have not spent a lot of time outdoors. [Confused]

Oh my God!!!! The references Treepatrol listed are earth shaking!!!!
I knew aspertane was dangerous (diet soda), but I had no idea it could damage the immune system and would reactivate Lyme.....

Evidently lyme is a form of syphilis and it's main path of infection is sex or exchange of bodly fluids (humans favorite activity).. It seems many "popular" diseases are really outward forms of Lyme....

It seems most humans have Lyme and get along with it, but when the immune system is compromised or overloaded lyme will go into high gear...

Maybe it is not a tick bite that carries lyme but it causes activation of lyme that is already there?????? Boy, that would answer a lot of questions...

You must have natural (saturated) fats in your diet to keep the immune system strong, such as coconut, olive, butter, lard(pig fat), and tallow(beef fat)oils. Google Dr. Mary Enig

Young childern have a very high infection/activation rate, they get it from their mothers and artifical foods that weaken their immune systems... Lyme tests should be required for all expectant mothers...

You can get lyme from raw animal products (wash your hands and counters, when handling raw meats)..

You can get Lyme from blood transfusions. Normal blood purification process will not kill Lyme..
SCARY!!!
ADS in children can be caused by Lyme....

It seems Lyme is an old disease that is being activated by the garbage foods and ignorance of modern man by damaging the immune system!!!

Holy cow!!! this will require a whole rethinking of our medical system... No wonder the ducks won't recognize lyme...
The CDC knows what is going on but they are keeping quite due to P.C. reasons...
It is estimated that 200,000 lyme infections a year, much more than AIDS!!!!!

God Bless
Thanks Treepatrol for this GREAT post!!!!!!

Thank you for all the info....very scary though I do believe all of it. I am pretty certain that I am having a small relapse due to other unusual sx lately that I was trying to blame on stress or possibly pre-menopause.

My next step would be the big decision of calling my Doc from 1997 and inquiring about possible tx. Or just waiting it out and seeing if it will pass?

I have worked so hard at getting my life back in the last 5 yrs and am hesitating to make a move because I am scared of losing it all again by opening a can of worms.

Thanks again,
jodielee
