I would be concerned with the 39kDa. It sounds like you're negative for Bb because only two of your antibody bands are shown up positive: the 18 and the 39, but the rest are either UND or negative. But I would ask your Doctor about the 39KDa, though, because those are one of the antibody bands of the Bb that are double positive. Ask your Doctor for clarification.

If you have only one of the bands show up, whether a + OR IND that are specific to Lyme, meaning nothing else causes that antibody, then a Lyme specialist will no doubt diagnose you with Tick Born Illness.
In my case I was + on band 18 and IND on a couple of the other Lyme specific bands. I was diagnosed with Lyme, EVEN though my test said IND. I would have been given a positive diagnosis even if the only thing that showed up was that + on 18.
EVEN IF nothing shows up, and you have a history and symptoms that match, likely your doc will investigate by treating you as if you do have Lyme, to see if it makes any difference. This is of course after all other possibilities have been ruled out. A probe with ABX will not hurt the vast majority.
There are many here who got nothing useful on their western blot and are still being successfully treated for Lyme. I am not even sure why they test for Lyme, but if you do get a positive like my daughter then it can be helpful in some cases. A negative test relut really means nada to a good LLMD.

I have had plenty of symptoms of the disease. Not to mention that I know the exact date of the tick bite.
I have been on 4000mg of Amoxy for 1 month now. I started the day the test were drawn.
He told me that if I had one more positive band, my test would be positive, but as it stands, according to CDC standards it is negative.
The doc gave me 3 choices. 1. stay on the same med 2. change meds 3. quit meds all together.
I told him I would opt for 1 or 2. He was in total ageement with that choice.
I am starting my second month today.
The LLMD, considered changing the med, but decided to keep it this way for another month. Told me he will likely change it at my next appointment.

Man, I don't know how to understand all of that. Still trying to learn.....but the bands and things all mystify me.
Found out today from LLMD that the lab is backed up on testing. Will be another week before we get results. Very frustrating!! It's just the wondering and waiting, and then wondering again if the test results will even be conclusive?
