Jim Sokolove at jimsokolove.com (or is it jimsokalove.com) is looking for patients who have been turned down for disability by these ins cos. The ad has been on tv for a while. If you fit that description, call them.

The website is www.jimsokolove.com; however, the website makes no mention of the need for info concerning denial of insurance for Lyme patients.

Do you have any more info??

We are currently dealing with possibility of loosing disability with Unum Provident.

The number is 800 275 0192. I went to the site and put unum in the search box. There were 4 returns.
