For the past 2 weekends, on my days off from Rocephin, I've been infusing glutatione, 2 g (20 cc) per day.
I'd love to hear some feedback from people who have tried this stuff. I get a bad headache from it. My most persistent symptom since I've been sick has been mild burning headaches so I'm hoping the bad headaches are herxes.
I've been on IV Rocephin for 5 weeks and don't see any improvement.
Thanks, P

I've been having weekly glutathione pushes for a couple of months (along with a vitamin/mineral cocktail). I notice that the glutathione gives me a headache, as well as a feeling of pressure in my head. I like to think that this is a herx, but who knows.

One thing about glutathione is that it is sulfur- based, so one could be reacting to the sulfur. Sometimes people get headaches from drinking wine and the effect is similar--sulfur headache.
Just throwing out an idea.
