They are amazing. I recommend them highly. If you read any book on detox, you'll understand more about the important of detoxification and that FIR is one of the best ways to detox your body of many different substances, chemicals, metals, etc. I bought a portable one from saunapeddler.com and I just got done using it about 10 minutes ago... Very useful.

If you do a search on Infrared Sauna here, you will get at least these posts. Lots of reading. Be sure you are not heavy metal toxic.
You should only do saunas after the major load of heavy metal toxicity is out of your system. You do not want to move it deeper.
